On Tuesday, 8th of September 2026, we will be performing maintenance on our login services in the AP region. The maintenance window will be between 09:00 and 11:00 BST (8th of September 01:00 to 03:00 PDT, 8th of September 18:00 to 20:00 AEST).
During this window we are updating how users are directed to the Tray login page. We do not anticipate any disruption, however there is a possibility that some users may experience brief instability when signing in. If this happens, retrying after a short delay should resolve it.
Workflow execution and all other platform services are unaffected and users who are already signed in will not be signed out.
No other regions are impacted by this maintenance window.
