On Monday, 7th of September 2026, we will be performing maintenance on our login services in the US region. The maintenance window will be between 09:00 and 11:00 BST (7th of September 01:00 to 03:00 PDT, 7th of September 18:00 to 20:00 AEST).
During this window we are updating how users are directed to the Tray login page. We do not anticipate any disruption, however there is a possibility that some users may experience brief instability when signing in. If this happens, retrying after a short delay should resolve it.
Workflow execution and all other platform services are unaffected and users who are already signed in will not be signed out.
Once the maintenance is complete, users visiting app.tray.io/login will be automatically redirected to id.tray.ai/login to sign in. No action is required and existing bookmarks will continue to work.
No other regions are impacted by this maintenance window.
