On Monday, 15th of September 2025, we will be performing an essential maintenance to one of our databases in the US region.
The maintenance window will be between 07:00 and 15:00 BST (14th September 23:00 PDT to 15th September 07:00 PDT, 15th September 16:00 AEST to 16th September 00:00 AEST).
During this period, you may notice occasional delays in how certain information appears in the Tray App UI. This could include slower loading of workflow debug logs, workflow history view, project versions, as well as the Usage, Billing, and Insights pages. However, it is only the display of these events which may occasionally be slow. Workflow executions themselves will be unaffected.
